You just made it through your session and have received your beautiful digital images. I know what your thinking, what should you do with all your digital images? I know it can seem overwhelming but this is rather simple.
Back them Up!
My clients have their digital images available to them for three months! This is why you need to back them up onto a hard drive. Here are two options for you to backup your photos to: Flash Drive or LaCie Rugged Mini
Phones turn!
Now you should download them on your phone so you can access them at anytime. If you have little space on your phone I suggest you download them onto google drive. You can download the images off of google drive when you would like to post.
It is Printing Time
I know printing can be a PAIN! You might not know where they best printing lab is, what size you need, or even which photos to print. This is where your photographer can help! I set up a post-session ordering call with all of my clients to help them choose the best quality prints for their home.
Albums
I can not get into all of the nitty gritty of all products, however, I always recommend my clients get an album! An album is a great way to share and display your images. You can take the album to your parents, in-laws, grandma’s house, best friends, or just sit in your living room and flip through the pages with your family. Yes, you have an online gallery on your phone but there is something about the tangible album that makes sharing your images even more special.
Post Them!
Let’s share these photos with all your friends and family! You can now use your digital images to change your profile picture you haven’t updated since middle school.
Give a Shout Out
Don’t forget to give your photographer a shout out by tagging them in your photos. I always smile so big when I see clients posting and tagging me in images I took of them!
Give a Review
If you had a great experience with your photographer go and leave a review so others can have the same experience. I don’t know about you but, I don’t invest in something that has little to no reviews. We all rely on each other to tell whether or not something is worth investing in. Show your photographer some love and tell the world about your experience!
