I’ve designed my 30-minute fall sessions to feel calm and enjoyable, with just enough time for kids (and parents!) to settle in and shine. Think of it as the perfect happy medium—longer than a super-mini so it’s not stressful, but shorter than a full session so it’s easy to fit into your busy fall schedule.
